How does the technology upgrade affect me and the accounts I have with the bank?
All your accounts will be converted seamlessly, on the morning of Monday October 28th you will see a new look and feel for online and mobile banking with added features.
How soon will this technology upgrade take place?
The technology upgrade will take place over the weekend of Friday October 25th, some functionalities will be interrupted over the weekend and will reopen on Monday October 28th.
Will anything change regarding my status/business with the bank?
Your status with the bank will not change. This is a technology upgrade to offer you new features and more reliable service.
Is the new system easy to use? Will there be additional support available to educate me to navigate the new system?
The new system is easy to navigate and user friendly, more support will be available to assist with these upgrades.
Will things remain similar, will it be easier to use, will the time in the branches go faster with a program with less steps, and what happens if the system was to go down?
You should expect quicker wait times in the branch as more of our systems and processes will be automated.
How does this impact my online banking experience?
Please call 402-884-1016 for assistance with anything during this upgrade. Our goal is to make this transition as easy as possible for you.
Can I still get a paper statement?
Paper statements will still be available upon request.
Will I have access to all my same information online?
All your same information will still be available online. Historic Check Images and Statements will be inaccessible until the new year.
Are there going to be any new features with this upgrade?
New features will include tap to pay debit cards, instant issue debit cards, Multi-Factor authentication for security of accounts, and a consolidation of our mobile apps to one singular app.
Will my account number change?
Your account numbers will remain the same during this upgrade.
Will I have to set up all my external automatic payments again?
Your automatic payments will be converted automatically for you in our new system. We do recommend reviewing your payments once we are in our new system.
Will I have to re-enroll in online banking?
Your enrollment in online banking will carry over into our new system.
Are you getting a new app?
We will be receiving a new app. More communication will be sent out once it is live and usable.
Is my money and personal information safe in this transition?
Your money and information is secure during this transition.
